Arms ARMS Biceps and triceps!

Hello there buff people,

Today i will be sharing with you a few secrets on how to build up your arm muscles , most people focus on building up your biceps, and they end up tearing it, or causing a minor injury to themselves. For oneself to become huge... it is needed that he works on all the parts of the arm EQUALLY.

Most of the people DO NOT know that your upper arm is made 2/3 out of the triceps and only 1/3 of the biceps, which means... if you want gigantic arms, focus on the triceps.

Triceps are the muscles that are explosive and PUSH stuff away from you, while biceps are the "INTAKERS" and they pull stuff to you.
Which means, all the resisting,pushing exercises that involve your arms do work the triceps.

MORE TIPS DOWN
For gigantic..and i do mean GIGANTIC arms, shred your triceps and than biceps. Do push ups, dips, chair dips, behind the head triceps workout, the scull crusher.. But be REAL, think of the exercise while your doing it, do not try and speed it up and finish it as fast as you can. No, take your time and build them muscles up the way it should be done!
