Stress can fuck up your workouts!

Hello guys,

As most of you know, some times when your angry your workout is at least 20 % greater than on normal days, while when your depressed and sad, you cant do half the things you normally can.
Avoid stress if you want to become strong and big, meditate and relax. For you guys who have girlfriends, and vice versa, make your hubby give you a massage, that is always relaxing.
Go hang out with your friends joke around remember the nice times and that will for sure relax you.

Also, take a good sleep,never ever sleep less than 6 hours. When your not tired, your not weak, when your not weak your strong!

Also sex is one of the BEST ways to release stress, by getting an orgasm your body twirks and all the muscles get worked out, so when your done, you feel amazing and relaxed.

Stay hydrated, cuz if you dont have enough fluids in your body your brain gets tired faster!

You need to make a Positive mental attitude. Rather than going around thinking omg i need to to 3 more sets, think of it as a challenge that you will complete with ease, to prove that you are..THE BEST. Think positive to be positive!


For your body not to be tired and down, you will also need fuel, AKA protein. Calculate your protein income so that you get 1 gram of protein per pound ( 2 grams of protein per Kilogram )
