  2. His training program consists of 45 minutes of strength training and 30 minutes of cardio .
  3. The workout routine begins with a 10 minute workout routine followed by 20 minutes of high intensive training.
  4. HIT (high intensive training) mainly includes strenuous exercises , dips, propellers , pumps, ups and burpees .
  5. Functional training includes many free hand exercises for core strengthening .
