MOTIVATION , WILL POWER

3 things are the most and very important for a good workout and a good body:

Motivation , Will power , concentration.

You must be fully motivated to join the gym or to start your workout schedule.

You will only be able to perform a good workout or build a good body if you have the will power in you.

If you don't have the will power for a good workout then you are just wasting your money by joining the gym because without will power you will never be able to perform a good workout and you will be lazy at the gym too and also you will not be able to go to the gym on regular basis .

And once you have the will power to go to the gym on regular basis and perform a good workout then comes the concentration part.

During your , in order to perform a good workout or a good intensity workout , you need to fully focus and concentrate on your workout or exercises so that you rest for exact needed time in between sets , not less not more. In order to fully focus and concentrate on your workout , never use your phone or ipod as it distracts your mind and hence you will not be able to perform the kind of workout you wanted.
Note- You can use your ipod during your cardio workout.

During your cardio you will be more focused when you have pluged in your ear phones or head phones and listening to your favorite music.






Another important thing for a good workout routine is NEVER MISS A MONDAY because once you tend to miss your monday workout you whole week is gone i.e you will tend to miss the bunk gym for rest of the week too.

You need gym or workout atleast 3 to 4 days a week for a good body and fit body.
