How are douchbags more sucessfull than good people!?

Hello there,

After a while its more than fair for me to start writing about a theme that one of my followers had asked me.

This person who asked this question has had trouble understanding how do bad people get successful while good people suffer.
Well that's how the world works, i know so meany people who are douches, bad, betrayers and even evil if i may say so, yet they are quite successful and rich.

Well, this is something that will shock you. Douche bags, are not successful they are just but licking to people who are on a high foot ( the right people ), so they get promotions because they become BUSINESS WHORES as i call them. But as soon as the big guys find new pets , the primary douche bags die out.. Simply because they are left with no person who trusts them.
So they quit or they simply become dependent on everyone, and than people mop floors with them.

The most successful people are the ones who are FAIR, and who watch THEIR BUSINESS. People who have balls to give their ideas out, people who believe in themselves, people who have a strong personality. So all in all... that describes a 50 - 50 person. What do I mean by 50 - 50. Well 50 % of a good person, and 50 % of a douche.. Which than makes a solid figure that looks strong in the eyes of others.

So if you want to become BIG at anything that you are doing... If you want to achieve your dreams, than simply do not let people treat you like you have no spine. Stand up for your ideas, fight for them, BUT DO NOT BRING OTHER PEOPLE DOWN SO YOU COULD GET UP!!!

Bring yourself above others by the qualities you offer and only by doing that!
Remember, you want people to look up to you cuz of your success, NOT hate you for it, because if they do.. Than you are nothing better than your average douche.

Burn belly fast, INSTANT!

The majority of the planet has the same problem when it comes to fat.

At some parts of the body fat doesent look that bad, lets say in your arms, chest, legs and but even, it does look worse than muslce, but still isnt as bad as...STOMACH FAT!

To loose stomach fat yes you must train your abbs as much as possible, but that wont have OPTIMAL results if you don't chang ethe diet plan. You need to start eating healthy, and drink A LOT OF WATER. It is also crucial that you have cardio almost every day, because plain abb exercises wont burn the fat as fast as cardio will. So if you want 6 packs than do running as much as possible and other cardio oriented exercises.!



Another day, another VICTORY!

Hell guys, lets make a victory of this day, anything that you are doing today, do it with pride and with the attitude YES I WILL OWN THIS THING!

If you think positive while doing chores even, they will seem less stressful and plus you will do them faster, or so it will seem to your mind. It is proven that our MINDS function like this.
When something is boring us, it seems that the activity or a thing we are doing is lasting FOREVER, although it has been active for like 20 minutes MAXIMUM.

But when having fun, the same thing will seem to be passing faster, AKA the thing that takes 20 minutes will seem like it took 10 minutes.
that is why during love making most couples think its been 10 minutes, and yet to be shocked when they realize that they were making love for longer than an hour.

So its basic logic, think positive do things positively and therefore you will enjoy them more and time will pass waster.

Let us have ..TIME FOR FUN ;) think about it..

Motivational speaking! TRUE STORY

Most of you will ask yourself what is motivational speaking, well.. Motivational speaking is something that a positive person such as myself, talks about..true things, or simply sharing wise words about the situation a person finds himself in..

Do you need school to be a MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER!?  Actually you don't, if your simply a person who wants to help others by sharing your experience with them, or sharing your positive opinion, giving them positive advice than you can become a motivational speaker.

I have become a motivational speaker, simply because of my grandfather who had passed away in 2006, He was the best and smartest person i knew. He taught me to be kind, honorable and to help others in need.
It doesn't matter if the person doesn't help you back when your in need of assistance, or if the person doesn't thank you, because true will to help a person is something that doesn't need any payback.
Plus when you help someone, you get that success rush that makes you feel like your superman.

So if you know someone who is down, or sad right now.. Please do go and cheer that person up! Let us be amazing people today... Let us help each and everyone of the sad people. Lets make the world a better place just for one day at least.

And a hello to everyone again!

Hello guys,

I honestly hope that it is not to much of a big deal that i have tagged you in my post. For you who do not know who i am and what do i write about, I am YoH, a motivational speaker/ writer. My words of advice have helped meany people throughout the time i am active.

Recently somebody has told me to open up a blog, and to write there the ideas, motivational stories and simply tips about anything that bothers people in todays world.

Because i understand the human body quite a lot i have decided that this blogg should be about a healthy way of life, fitness and Bodybuilding.
But mostly about spiritual peace, bringing you up when your down, and trying to help people chose the right way.

I am doing this for fun, and for the good cause of people getting better, no, the BEST versions of themselves.

A dream with ambition can get you far!

This is a true story about a guy who i knew, he was always mocked, heck i remember being out with my friends and he comes out to tell us that his "friends" were mocking him, that his parents have told him that he is wasting time, and that he should focus on school and graduation. And he would repeat every day, nah man, i cant get out, no i cant go there, no i have to do this or that, its like my father says... A strong back is a back made out of diplomas..right? and he would laugh.

Well... I am here, to prove to you that that is NOT the case.
We live in a world, where a diploma is equal to toilet paper IF you are not good at what you should be.
Example, if you are a hardware engineer and a local kid knows much more than you do, you should either KILL yourself, or just quit that shit and start doing something you are cut out for.

That same person whose dad told him a that he should make his back out of diplomas and shit, has dropped out off 3 different colleges and now is attending the 4th one, which he will fail as well. Why? Well because he is studying Architecture, something which is not quite easy...
And plus the guy is not cut out for that, when it comes to Bodybuilding he is a demigod.
He has PURE genetics, he was called MEANY times to get pictured for some magazines and for bodybuilding supp brands and stuff. He was always denied because his parents tell him that its homosexual to be half naked in front of the camera and smile while everyone is looking at you naked.

It doesn't matter of the Bodybuilding life wouldn't bring him as much money as architecture would. But at least he wouldn't be down all the time, he wouldn't bitch about not being able to learn something that he doesn't even like in the first place.. He would be doing what he LOVES and that's what matters.
If you are doing something you don't like, it is bound to break at some point.

So remember this sentence.. You may be smarter with a diploma, but true wisdom CAN NOT be thought

Nobody knows what you really think!

Nobody knows what you think, nobody can understand what you think completely, and nobody can feel 100% of what you are feeling, because of the simple fact that EVERY BRAIN is programed differently. Therefore by basic logic, it is IMPOSSIBLE that any person will agree on something just as much as you do.
No one in the world can be like you, you are an individual, and therefore maybe the things you do seem to be NOT RIGHT to someone, but if your gut tells you everything is okay and that you should go with it, than its settled, that is the way how it should be and that is the way it WILL be.

The hate that people feel towards each other, is in most cases simple jealousy. Don't get down when downers try and get you there.
Look up in the sky, see all those stars? One day, you will shine as bright as them, by simply being yourself!

Never give in!

As the title says.. NEVER GIVE IN!




What ever in life you want to do, you are doing it because you like the goal..the final result. And the pleasure it will bring to reach that goal, is just priceless.
Most people will become jealous. That is still the bad gene that most people carry to this day, and it will probably stay with us until we evolve further. People will be jealous at your job, at your girlfriend, wife/boyfriend, husband, but mostly they will  be jealous at your success and achievements.
There will always be haters who will put you down because they can NOT at your level, and in their subconsciousness they know that they will NEVER be able to reach your plato, and therefore it is just normal for them to try and bring you down to theirs.
Please DO not let them do it, if it just doesn't sound right if a "friend" tells you not to do something he cant do but may want to do. than just tell him FUCK OFF FAG ( no offense to gay people ), and continue doing what you KNOW is BEST for you.
Do not give up on your dreams because people may make you feel stupid and retarded. If you pull through you will prove them ALL WRONG!

STAY YOURSELF, THE PEOPLE WHO WANT YOU TO CHANGE ARE NOT WORTH OF BEING IN YOUR LIFE!

Iron will > Bruit strength!

Hey guys,

As most of you know, without will ... the workout amounts to nothing..

Most of the people have the same problem at the gym, without proper motivation and iron will to lead you on, it seems like your just wasting your time.

You need to believe in yourself and know that WHAT EVER in life you do, it will, and it MUST come back in a good way. If it didn't it would put the universe out of balance. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction.
You must learn that to gain something, a thing of the same value must be lost for the compromise.
Do not forget that sentence, when you become a famous person, remember my blog.

I say that because, for example you put in a lot of time, sweat and pain to become a god, but in the end, it is TOTALLY worth it because you actually DO BECOME A GOD!

So what ever you choose to do in life, just keep on going and do it until the end, never leave anything undone, and believe me.. you will become what you trolly
desire!

A guy who overcame his injury through WORKING OUT AND MOST OF ALL !! TRUE LOVE !!

Hello everyone,

Today's blog will be revolving around a guy who has had a really bad injury. In fact his bike slipped and he landed on a road sign...Spine first.
It was the 13th of July 2011.The guy was young, 19 to be exact. He Broke his 4th lumbar discus and ripped his eyebrow from the start to the end ( 9 stitches ). When he got carried in the hospital, he couldn't stand up because of the huge pain, his legs were limb but he could move them.
The doctors have checked his blood pressure, after which everyone started to panic and rushed 2 infusion bottles, the guy has thought it was high, so he said do not worry my blood pressure is normally a tad higher ( 145 heart pressure, while the brain one is lower like 60-65 ) to which the nurse just smiled and said don't worry everything is fine. after the 2 infusions, he had received the third infusion, where he already found out that his blood pressure wasn't high, but really LOW.
His blood pressure was at the time of the third infusion 100-70, which means it was even lower.

After being injected with infusions and his blood pressure stabilized to a degree,  he was taken to a specialist because of his injury. The doctor had said that its a miracle that he had survived the impact, that his spine didn't crack in half, but just chipped the end. The doctor complimented the guy saying he must have bones of steel, because he had been riding the bike at at least 70-75 km per hour, and he weighted around 85 KG ( so around 35 miles and 170-175 pounds ) the impact was quite strong, Speed times mass..on the impact it was around 600-650 KG bruit force at once.
The only question the guy had was, will i be able to walk normally? To what the doctor has said.. As i said.. YOU ARE LUCKY you are ALIVE.

The guy has heard the doctor telling his mother that its quite risky, the 4th lumbar discus was broken on 2 separate locations.. a sudden move could launch the chipped bone into the spinal cord thus leaving the guy immobile for the rest of his life.

The corset was sent from another town, so the guy waited for it with some cheap corset made out of elastic fibers that didn't help at all. 5 days of not sleeping, constantly drugged up, the guy waited for the corset to finally arrive. The corset had arrived and was strapped on the patient. After 5 days of not
moving his legs, he had stood up for the first time. The doctor was surprised he could take the pain.

Soon after that the guy was released from the hospital to his home.
The doctor gave a form on which it said that the rehabilitation of the injury shall be a minimum of an entire year, and is expected that the guy would have 80 % of the normal mobility he had.

A month passes, the guy goes for a check up, and the doctor is shocked that he walks by himself, only feeling some pain on the place where he broke it.

3 months pass, the guy comes to the doctor WITHOUT the corset standing strong, with almost NO pain.
The doctor is shocked, he does an x ray scan on the spine, and everything is healed 90 % and there were NO deformities.
The doctor asks how is that possible, what was he doing... the guy replied, that he fought his injury, that was a never ending battle, he started going to the gym, trained normally as if he had no injury. at night he would be in horrific pain but he defeated the injury.
And the doctor had said, as it is written on the form, you were supposed to carry the Corset for one year straight, with the first 6 months, ONLY taking it off when taking a shower, while the other 6 months, taking it off during the day for 6 hours in meany sets, and sleeping with it. after the year the guy should have gone to rehabilitation so he could regain the rest of those 80 %.

6 months have passed, and the guy was stronger than ever, he was faster, he was buffer, he was grateful for the new life he was granted, he was focusing on training, becoming stronger and stronger, but he was stressed out constantly..In general.. he wasn't that happy...he wasn't happy at all...so the will for training started deteriorating...BUT...Soon after he recovered, an angel walked into his life..when i say soon, i mean on the 24.12.2011, the guy met the best girl in the world who proved to him that the second chance at life he got was worth it. She gave him the love like no other.. She proved that the word LOVE is not just a word.. But something most wonderful in the world.
He had fallen in love with this angel, and for the matter of fact, that was the first time he fell in love, 
the first time he wanted to love, the first time he got attached to a girlfriend.
And to this day.. the Guy is happy...no..he is MORE THAN HAPPY because he is still with his amazing girlfriend who brought back happiness, joy, motivation and success at everything in his life. Soon they will probably get married because these were the best soon to be 2 years of the guys life.

So the lesson in this blog is, NEVER give up, NEVER doubt yourself, NEVER EVER listen to people when they say you cant, we are humans, we are programed to react when there is something that may harm us. So if you have an injury, and you think you will never be what you have been prior to the injury, SAY FUCK THAT! YOU CAN ALWAYS BE WHAT YOU WANT! STEP BY STEP AND YOU WILL REACH YOUR GOAL! STEP BY STEP AND YOU WILL CLIMB ALL THE STAIRS! STEP BY STEP AND THOSE STEPS WILL BECOME HUGE! TRUST ME... YOU CAN!

Stress can fuck up your workouts!

Hello guys,

As most of you know, some times when your angry your workout is at least 20 % greater than on normal days, while when your depressed and sad, you cant do half the things you normally can.
Avoid stress if you want to become strong and big, meditate and relax. For you guys who have girlfriends, and vice versa, make your hubby give you a massage, that is always relaxing.
Go hang out with your friends joke around remember the nice times and that will for sure relax you.

Also, take a good sleep,never ever sleep less than 6 hours. When your not tired, your not weak, when your not weak your strong!

Also sex is one of the BEST ways to release stress, by getting an orgasm your body twirks and all the muscles get worked out, so when your done, you feel amazing and relaxed.

Stay hydrated, cuz if you dont have enough fluids in your body your brain gets tired faster!

You need to make a Positive mental attitude. Rather than going around thinking omg i need to to 3 more sets, think of it as a challenge that you will complete with ease, to prove that you are..THE BEST. Think positive to be positive!


For your body not to be tired and down, you will also need fuel, AKA protein. Calculate your protein income so that you get 1 gram of protein per pound ( 2 grams of protein per Kilogram )


Will your PENIS shrink if you use steroids?

If your thinking about starting to use steroids or any other type of Hormone booster, than you should know that there is a 99% chance that your manliness will go limp up untill you get it ALL out of your system, PLUS your penis will shrink, your testicles will become the size of  peanut, and your penis will become a bit PHatter.

Arms ARMS Biceps and triceps!

Hello there buff people,

Today i will be sharing with you a few secrets on how to build up your arm muscles , most people focus on building up your biceps, and they end up tearing it, or causing a minor injury to themselves. For oneself to become huge... it is needed that he works on all the parts of the arm EQUALLY.

Most of the people DO NOT know that your upper arm is made 2/3 out of the triceps and only 1/3 of the biceps, which means... if you want gigantic arms, focus on the triceps.

Triceps are the muscles that are explosive and PUSH stuff away from you, while biceps are the "INTAKERS" and they pull stuff to you.
Which means, all the resisting,pushing exercises that involve your arms do work the triceps.

MORE TIPS DOWN
For gigantic..and i do mean GIGANTIC arms, shred your triceps and than biceps. Do push ups, dips, chair dips, behind the head triceps workout, the scull crusher.. But be REAL, think of the exercise while your doing it, do not try and speed it up and finish it as fast as you can. No, take your time and build them muscles up the way it should be done!

EARNING MONEY ON THE INTERNET IS EASY!

How meany times have we been sitting at home thinking ..damn if only i could earn money now while im doing nothing.

Stay Hydrated

Hey guys,

Stay hydrated as much as possible, we all know that 2/3 of our body is made out of water, than dont create a water deficit in your body.. The more water you have the more your body will be active and awake.
If you keep a nice water level in your body, your body wont feel tired and it will be up for a harder workout.
Keep in mind that whatever you do your body is using water, so if you do anything physical, know that you will need to drink as much water during or after your done.. When you do it, you will see how your body will feel refreshed and at least 50 % less tired.

SQUATS! SQUATS!! SQUUAAATSS!!

Hey Blog nation,

Before i go off for a while, i wanted to leave you with some facts, tips and tricks that can help you with your leg workouts.

Legs are essential to your body development. You know how they say, you main muscles cant evolve without training the supporting muscles? WELL what is the one thing that supports your body?

You still don't know? .. Come on guys..its easy..its YOUR LEGS, they are supporting you 24/7, they are constantly active.. Even while your sitting, your nerves cant just sit still so you start shaking your leg in any possible way.

Squats are one of the BEST exercises that you can do. It strengthens your core which is more than AMAZING because without STRENGTH, you cant actually do anything. I mean its not that you cant do anything at all, but you will be able to do meany repetitions with a small amount of weight, which will result into conditioning, and MINIMAL growth AKA CUT not BUFF.

INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO DO SQUATS:

SHOULDERS!!

The shoulder is a very important part of the body. Not only does the shoulder make your upper body appear to be wider (especially good for bodybuilders), but if not trained correctly, it could give you problems for the rest of your life. The key to building massive shoulders is to understand how the shoulder works and how to keep it healthy.

I went through a two-year phase where I did almost no specific shoulder exercises. I'd fallen victim to the popular idea that the delts receive enough stimulation from horizontal pressing and pulling, and any additional work would not only be superfluous, but also potentially injurious to the shoulders.
So I focused my energy instead almost entirely on bench press variations, push-ups, rows, and chin-ups, making sure to choose pulling over pushing for optimal shoulder health.
My shoulders felt great, but they didn't get much bigger or stronger even though my lifts had all improved quite a bit and my chest and back had grown noticeably bigger.
I was also mortified to find that when I returned to vertical pressing, my overhead strength had tanked, even though my horizontal pressing had gotten better.
However, when I added more direct shoulder work back into the mix (both vertical pressing and lateral raises), my shoulders started growing again and my overhead strength improved quickly.
I was worried that putting more emphasis on vertical pressing would negatively impact my horizontal pressing, but I've actually found the opposite to be true. My horizontal pressing has also gotten stronger even though I'm doing less of it, leading me to believe that vertical pressing has more carryover to horizontal pressing than vice versa.
And by continuing to prioritize plenty of pulling into my program, my shoulders still feel great.
If you're okay with mediocre shoulder development, then no direct work is needed; otherwise, give them some direct work. This really goes for any muscle group, be it calves, biceps, triceps, etc.
If size is your only goal, you're probably fine just including some lateral raises in your program to accompany your horizontal pressing and pulling work, but if you want really strong shoulders too, vertical pressing is key.
It doesn't necessarily have to be the overhead press if your shoulders aren't up for it, but try to find a way to train the overhead pattern in a way that won't piss your shoulders off.

Legs legs LEGS!

Hey there RAW community!

As you know, most people skip leg day, and or just don't include LEGS in their training routine.
Nobody knows why.. WHY dont we like leg days, why do we find leg days tiresome and just dont want to do them like we do other parts of our body!?

Well the answer is simple.. Your mind plays a great role, Your legs are one of the strongest if not the strongest part of your body, they are the reason why you are mobile, and they are constantly under stress, unlike other parts of your body.
Your brain shuts down the will for training your legs, and than you just "HAVE" to avoid it.
Well, the brain finds it necessary for your legs to be able to move at any time, that's in our genes, if it weren't for our legs, we would have been instinct by now at least 9871523 times. So its just natural that your brain is afraid that if you overdo your legs, they wont be able to move, and if danger occurs, your bound to die.

Good Night

Hello Raw community!

After a tiresome day, filled with a lot of training.. we need to get a good night sleep.
Rest and dream of the muslce torture that awaits us tomorrow, never let go..and remember..

Weekend pump!

Hello Raw comunity!

Most people wait for the weekend to relax and take a cheat day...BUT you and I are not like them. We take ANY opportunity to dominate everything in our path.

If you dont go to a gym on the weekend( than that is not a real gym ) stay at home and work from there.
Go for a run, come back and before taking a shower, throw yourself on the grown, and do pyramid pushup series from 1 to 10 and than from 10 to 1.
After than, do a static exercise for yoru abs, lets say you will be tired , but do 3 sets of 5 minutes. than take a shower..and just go to your bed and relax for a 15 minutes.

Big muslces

Hey there Raw community.

Have you ever wondered why and HOW is one of your friends who trains less than you getting bigger faster? Well the answer is simple.. genetics play a huge role, but form and a strict died play even a bigger role.
If that friend, trains with great posture, eats well, and sleeps nice, his body will regain full strength faster than your and therefore will ascent much faster.



The key ingredient to becoming a monster is this :
       
    -When you wake up, do NOT go to the fridge and stuff your face with food, even if it is healthy.
            -When you wake up, go for a walk or a short jog so you get your circulation to wake up as well..
            -have a healthy breakfast, if a meal has less than 4 different colors, it isnt worth eating.
            -* that is the way how to start a day..
            -later during the day.. when the time comes for a work out. do NOT speed it, do not go heavier than your friend just because you can. NO! focus on yourself, it is not a competition, its every MAN for himself. So focus on making each and every rep count.
            -When the muscle starts hurting , don't speed up your training, slow it down and focus on your form, because that's what actually counts, the hurting reps.

The beginning

We come to you as a group of people who want to motivate the youth to live healthy,train and become the strongest versions of themselves.

First of all, we are called RAW for a reason.. we will cut ALL THE BULLSHIT and go directly with our tips tricks and secrets. You do NOT need to be giving us a ton of money for something that you can obtain so easy.
The bull* that most of the "pros" sell to you guys, is a hoax.. it worked for someone, and that doesent mean it will work for you and if it does, that it will work in the same way. All of us are different in a way, so yeah. You have to find out whats the best for you, and this is the place for that.

We are constantly googling people who are wise in this field and could join our legion of RAW so we can grow as fast as possible, and bring our bodies to the next step. To kick of the new step towards evolution.
